LUSITANIA MEDAL When the Germans sunk the Lusitania in 1915 they struck a bronse medal to celebrate the event,the British government saw great PR potential as it made the Germans out to be celebrating killing civilians and replicas were made in Britain. This is one of those British replicas, a rare item. boxed, both box and medal are in good order, which is unusual for these as the boxes normally suffer, this box is completely intact but worn at the hinge.has original owners name on box.
